Currently, there is nothing "official" planned, but if enough people would like to hang out as a group, we could probably try the brewery again, or make a suggestion.  Please speak up!

Roger & Mary (McIntyre) Overton's, 14992 73rd Ave, Indianola

--From Hwy 92 west of Indianola, turn south (left, if coming from town) onto R-57;

--2.5 miles, cross the metal bridge, pavement turns west (right);

--Stay on the pavement 1.25 miles to Nevada St, turn west (right);

--Continue 1 mile to where the road curves into 73rd Ave; the driveway is straight ahead, like an extension of Nevada St.

--12:00 Noon to whenever...seriously!

      This timing allows those who prefer not to drive after dark a chance to stay longer.  It also would allow smaller groups to make separate plans for the evening, if desired.

       Please consider bringing lawn chairs for more comfortable seating after the meal.  Some of us could bring extra chairs!

--1:00 pm:  Buffet meal - $16/plate, catered by Dixie Janes Bowlin, class of '72.  

    Pulled pork, pulled chicken, rolls & buns, baked beans, mac & cheese, chips, raw veggies, Dixie's "famous" caramel apple crisp, and maybe even cookies!  Bottled water provided, BYOBeverage of any kind.

--RSVP no later than September 19th, preferably sooner , even if you do not plan to eat.
